FAQ.

Kids/Children Related

DOES A PARENT/GUARDIAN HAVE TO BE PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE SESSION?
– No. However, please do not be late to collect your child as the club does not have the staff or facility to look after unaccompanied children.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?
– A child should wear leisure clothes i.e. a tracksuit.
WHAT ABOUT SHOES?
– Tennis shoes/Trainers should be worn. No black soled shoes please.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD DOESN’T ENJOY IT?
– If your child is seemingly not enjoying the course, please talk to the coach who is taking their session. If you are still not happy, please call Head Coach.

Pricing/Payment related

HOW DO I PAY?
– All players must complete an online booking and pay prior to starting the course. You can send in payment with a cheque or by via online. We also accept cash and you can come into the club to pay prior to the term starting.
I’VE PAID FOR THE COURSE BUT NEED TO CHANGE THE DAY?
– You can change the day if the course you wish to change to is not full.
CAN I HAVE A TRIAL SESSION?
– We will not always being able to offer a trial sessions however, please talk to the coach as they will be able to advise you if the course is suitable for your child..

Groups and Classes

CAN CHILD BE IN SAME GROUP AS THEIR FRIEND(S)?
– We will do our very best to put your child in the same group as their friends although we cannot guarantee it. Please talk to the coach and they will do their best to accommodate your child. Please bear in mind that the coaches put the children into groups of age and ability.
ARE THERE BREAKS DURING THE COURSE?
– There are no set breaks but, of course, your child can stop for drinks or toilet breaks..
WHAT AGE CAN MY CHILD START?
– 3 years old. We offer Street Tennis classes, which are aimed at children between the ages 3-5 years.
HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MY CHILD IS GETTING ON?
– We are very happy to give you feedback on your child’s progress, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

Access to the London Tennis Club

WHERE IS LTC’s LOCATION?
– We are giving courses of more than one hundred different locations all around the London. Please ask your coach then we will arrange the closest tennis court for the training session.
I COULD NOT FOUND THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBSITE?
– We prefer written confirmation for the first session. After that, we will provide all our contact details for our customers.
